KezzyKooks (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private catering business providing Ghanaian and Caribbean cuisine for weddings, celebrations and corporate events in the UK and internationally. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use, share and protect it.

• payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers);
• any message or additional information you choose to share with us.

We also receive limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure and working correctly.

Why we use your information

We process your personal information for these purposes:

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored quotation;
• to plan, prepare and deliver your catering booking;
• to take and process payments and issue receipts;
• to communicate with you about your event and any follow-up;
• with your consent, to send occasional marketing updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with service providers such as our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery and booking tools, and our hosting provider. Where an event takes place outside the UK, your information may be transferred internationally; we take steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months if a booking does not proceed, and booking and payment records for up to seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to its use, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time.
